Estate Administration​

Serving as executor of an estate can be daunting.  There are many rules and procedures to know and comply with.  An executor faces personal liability if his or her duties are not performed properly.  I represent estates of all sizes and complexity.  My team provides guidance every step of the way, and shoulders as much of the administration burden as possible.

My personal attention is given to each estate.  I help probate the will, in person.  I communicate with banks, financial advisors, accountants and other third parties.   After assessing the estate and what will be involved in the administration, I quote a flat fee for my firm’s services.  This provides clarity at the outset as to charges.  My estate administration clients know that the personal attention they receive does not come with a ticking clock that drives up the cost.
