Closely held businesses have varied legal needs.  Entity formation, governance, contracts between owners, third-party contracts, financing, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions and dissolution are matters with which I have extensive experience.  I seek to understand the business and the owners’ goals, to provide effective and efficient counsel through all types of obstacles.

I work with companies across all industries, with a special focus on multi-generational family businesses and their unique challenges.  I also assist charitable organizations with matters of structure, governance and tax exemption.
